Ruby Frances Miller (Smith) - Age 96. Ruby was born and raised in Pineville, No. Carolina, the second of 10 children. She has resided in the North Bay since 1976. Ruby is survived by her beloved son Robert Edward Miller, his wife LeeAnne, 3 cherished grandsons, Johannes, Emery and Kyle, and extended family in North Carolina. Ruby loved to crochet, and garden. She enjoyed growing things, especially tomatoes. People were often charmed by her lovely, soft, southern accent. Her small stature and gentle manner belied her incredible determination, strength, and devotion as a Mother and Grandmother.
