Marion M. Doberneck - Passed away on December 23, 2006 in Santa Rosa. Devoted wife of the late John H. Doberneck. Cherished mother of Dennis A. Doberneck of Paso Robles and John H. Doberneck of Mountain Ranch, CA. Beloved grandmother of Nathan Doberneck of Los Angeles, Joshua Doberneck of Galt, Jennifer Persicke, William Doberneck, and Adam Doberneck all of Vacaville. Adored great-grandmother of Tyson, Sarah, Clayton, and Tuesday Doberneck and Raquel Doberneck.
Age: 88 years.
A Member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Petaluma Womenâ??s Club, Meecham Board of Directors; Volunteer for the Petaluma Valley Hospital Auxiliary and Hospice Thrift Shop.
Marion was born and reared in Petaluma, graduating from Petaluma High School. She graduated from Lux College in San Francisco where she earned her certification as a dental assistant and worked for Walter Anderson DDS for 10 years.
Friends and family are invited to attend the Funeral Liturgy, Friday, December 29, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. A Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2006 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952. Interment: Cypress Hill Memorial Park, Petaluma, CA.
