Mabel L. DeMartin - Died at home in Petaluma, CA., May 1, 2007, beloved wife of the late Elves M. DeMartin. Loving mother of William M. DeMartin of Petaluma and the late Arlene L. Petersen. Beloved mother in law of Irene DeMartin and John Petersen. Adored grandmother of Maureen Coleman, Wayne Petersen, James DeMartin, Matthew DeMartin all of Petaluma and the late Michael DeMartin. Cherished great grandmother of Nicholas Coleman, Amanda Martino, Nicholas DeMartin and Hayley DeMartin. Loving great great grandmother of Madison Martino and Ruby Coleman. Mabel was preceded in death by her siblings, Ernest Schwobeda, Eva Benson, P. Douglas Schwobeda, Leslie Schwobeda and Stella Marquardt. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A native of Petaluma, CA. Age 101 years.
Mrs. DeMartin was active in many organizations in the Petaluma area over the years and in recent years particularly enjoyed her membership in the Redwood Porcelain Club.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service, Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. Private inurnment, Cypress Hill Memorial Park. The family prefers that memorials be made to Hospice of Petaluma, 416 Payran St., Petaluma, CA 94952
