Leandro Alvaro Cabrera Celis

Leandro Alvaro Cabrera Celis was born in Valparaiso, Chile on February 2nd, 1967 to Ana Maria Celis and Ricardo Cabrera. He grew up in Chile and spent his adolescence in France, where he served in the military for 2 years as a driver. Leandro immigrated to the United States in 1990, where he embarked on a career in aviation, working for Air France and DHL and later for a Bay Area seaplane tour company. 

Leandro had a passionate love for guitar, tennis, and dance. He practiced every single day on the guitar and felt music viscerally and deeply. 

Above all, Leandro's life was defined by his dedication as a father, a role he cherished and prioritized first and foremost.

Leandro is survived by: his children, Miel Reyes, Vincent Cabrera-Menique, Amelie Cabrera-Menique, and Millie Cabrera. 

Leandro was a brother to: Ricardo Cabrera, Andres Cabrera, Fabien Fauchard, Felipe Cabrera Espinoza, and Mauricio Cabrera 

Leandro was also a dear uncle to: Gabriel Cabrera, Angelina Cabrera, Emil Cabrera, and Victoria Fauchard.

Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service, Monday, November 11th, 2024 at 3pm at Parent-Sorensen Mortuary at 850 Keokuk Street, Petaluma, CA, 94952.
