John P. McGorty - Passed away in Petaluma, CA, Friday, March 16, 2007, beloved husband of the late Alice M. McGorty. Adored father of Linda Rominger and her husband, John of Phoenix, AZ and Nancy Beretta and her husband, Bill of Petaluma. Loving grandfather of of Jonathan Beretta and his wife, Sara of Avondale, AZ and Jennifer Ross and her husband, Christopher of Petaluma.
A native of St. Helens, Oregon. Age 88 years. John was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Petaluma Council # 9 Y.M.I.
A Funeral Liturgy will be Monday, March 19, 2007 at 4:30 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Petaluma, CA. Private interment, Calvary Catholic Cemetery. The family prefers memorials be made to St. Vincent de Paul Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma, CA 94952.
