Irene C. Feil - Passed away at age 70 on April 29, 2007. She was a devoted wife of 51 years to Bill Feil of Petaluma; cherished mother of Steve Feil (Renee) of ID, Jill Rodgers (Blake) of Windsor, William Feil of France, Ruby Delope of Santa Rosa, and Chris Feil of NM; adored grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 2; Loving sister-in-law of 2 of Petaluma, half-sister of Sacramento, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. A Member of the Loyal Orange Lodge, Northern Star #318
