Dr. Edwin E. Eubanks, Jr. - On July 6, 2007 Dr. Edwin Eubanks died as peacefully as he lived, in his Petaluma home tended to by his loved ones. He is the deeply cherished husband and friend to Deborah Eubanks. Devoted father to Jemma and Emily Eubanks. Dear brother of Terry Eubanks-Macdissy and her husband Isaam. Loving son-in-law of Marshall Hopkins and the late Patricia Hopkins. Generous brother-in-law to Sarah and John Hopkins and Jennie Lowe. Respected uncle to Raina and Damian Macdissy and Luke Hopkins.






A Memorial Ceremony by Redwood Regional Oncology will be held at the Lynch Creek office on Tuesday, July 17 at 6:00 p.m. The building is to be renamed Edwin Eubanks Cancer Center.
Friends and family are invited to a Visitation on Thursday, July 19, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Vincent Catholic Church, 35 Liberty St., Petaluma, CA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to North Bay Cancer Alliance,185 Sotoyome St., Santa Rosa, CA 95405. There will be an open house at Deborah and Edwinâ??s home for his patients and their family members after the funeral from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and a Wake on Saturday, July 21, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for personal friends and colleagues.
Edwin practiced with Redwood Regional Oncology in Petaluma for nine years and more than earned his reputation as the countyâ??s â??beloved Doctorâ?
