Dwyane "Dewey" Tynes - Dewey Tynes passed away in Petaluma on Dec. 28, 2006. Loving son of Clyde Tynes and his wife Nancy of Paradise, CA. and Donna Kelly and her husband Ross of Novato and Nancy and Devoted father of Tara Johnson of Novato, Lena Johnson of Bolinas, and Sirena Johnson of Petaluma. Beloved grandfather of Celeste Olsen of Petaluma. Dear brother of Claudia Ramponi (Paul) of Paradise, CA, Ricky Tynes (Rayna) of WA, Clyde Tynes Jr. (Vicky) of Novato, and Charlene Hubbard (Russell) of Petaluma. Beloved partner of Debra Shelton of Petaluma. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
Dewey owned and operated the D. Tynes Construction Co. building custom homes in Marin County. He loved his motorcycle, the great outdoors, the bald eagle, his family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 7, 2006 at 1:00 pm at PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, 850 Keokuk St., Petaluma, CA. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1451 Guerneville Rd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403
