Benardo Lunardi

Benardo Lunardi - A lifelong Occidental native passed away after a lengthy illness on April 12, 2007. Devoted husband of 42 years to Georgie Lunardi. Loving father of Diana Tacla and her husband Rick of Santa Rosa, Bob Harris of Sacramento, Colleen Lunardi of Occidental, Bill Harris of Santa Rosa and the late James Lunardi. Caring grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 1. Dear brother of Joe Lunardi of Occidental. Beloved uncle of Jolene Cochran, Ron Lunardi and Ray Lunardi, all of Occidental. Survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Lunardi was born and reared in Occidental, CA and graduated from Tomales High School in 1950. In his spare time he enjoyed baseball, football, hunting and fishing. Earlier in his life he was a member of the Occidental Volunteer Fire Department. The family would like to give a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Kaiser Hospital in Santa Rosa. Mr. Lunardi was 73 years of age.
