Barbara Nowacki Obituary

Barbara Joan Nowacki passed away on Nov. 1st at the age of 82 due to complications of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease, which she suffered over the past six years.

Barbara was the loving and dedicated wife to her husband, Don, with whom she recently celebrated 62 years of marriage.

She will be greatly missed by her brother, Joseph Isdanavage of New Jersey; her children, Denise Laws and Don Jr.; along with her 4 grandchildren: Gregory and Nicholas Laws, and Jessica and Jenna Nowacki.

Barbara played tennis at the Rolling Hills Club in Novato, and golf as a 20-year member of the Fountain Grove Golf Club in Santa Rosa.

Barbara loved playing bridge with her friends & enjoyed the monthly parties of the Fundsters.

Prior to her illness, Barbara attended Mass every Sunday at the Holy Spirit Church where Father Ron Serban presides. He also administered Barbara the Last Rites a few weeks ago.

The family would like to express their thanks for the wonderful help and caregiving by Providence Hospice of Santa Rosa and Kaiser Hospital. If desired, friends may make memorial contributions to Catholic Charities in Santa Rosa, or St. Vincent DePaul in Rohnert Park, CA.
