Agnes A. Azevedo - Passed away at home in Petaluma, CA., Sunday, March 25, 2007, beloved wife of Tony Azevedo. Loving mother of Steven Azevedo and his wife, Gail of Santa Rosa, Claudia Thompson of Walnut Creek, Paul Azevedo and his wife, Lisa of Petaluma. Adored grandmother of Maria, Marc and Angelo (Renda) Azevedo, Aaron and Colin Azevedo, Rachel and Claire Thompson. Daughter of the late Antonio and Mary Pimentel. Agnes was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Pimentel. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A native of Merced, CA. Age 82 years.
A member of St. Vincent de Paul Church, IDES and the ICF Branch #150.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2007 from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. with the Vigil Service at 7:00 P.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, Magnolia Ave. and Keokuk St., Petaluma.
Family and friends are also invited to meet on Friday, March 30, 2007 at 10:15 A.M. at the PARENT-SORENSEN MORTUARY & CREMATORY, thence to St. Vincent de Paul Church where a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Entombment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Petaluma. The family prefers that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimerâ??s organization of your choice.
